Please refer to the warranty card you received and any extended
warranty, if purchased, will only take effect after the default warranty

Yes, the unit supports pass-through charging function for both AC and DC
outputs.
Yes, the third-party solar panels are available as long as they contain
MC4 connectors, besides the voltage (in series or parallel) is between
12V to 150V and the maximum combined input power from the two PV input
port is 2400W if the open circuit voltage of the panels is between
150V-550V you can choose.
Calculate how much the continuous loads are for your appliances are in
total. As long as they do not exceed the rated output power of the power
station, it should work.
The estimated charging time of POKT through GRID is between 80minutes to
100 minutes. The estimated charging time of POKT through GRID + PV is
between 70 minutes to 80 minutes.

POKT is equipped with fast-tracking MPPT controller. Which helps to
maximize the solar input and POKT supports any solar input up to 23V
with a maximum current of 11A and a maximum input of 220W.You can chain
your solar panels in series or in parallel to maximize the solar input.
Yes, you can extend the overall capacity of POKT by connecting 4 battery
packs of each capacity of 3 kWh, hence capacity can be extendable for up
to 12 kWh.

All the products purchased on with us come with a limited warranty
(“warranty”) as set out below. BY USING OUR PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO
BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE MOJO GREEN PRIVATE LIMITED WARRANTY.
We provide a limited warranty for purchases made directly with us. The
warranty period is measured starting on the date the original consumer
purchaser received the products.
Other distributors, suppliers, or resellers may provide their own
warranties to you.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free exchange guarantee. This only applies

purchased directly from us. For all other purchases, please contact

How to claim your warranty?
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team at support@pokt.energy. Attach a short video to show the issues.
Step 2: Our Customer Service Representative will check your eligibility as per the Warranty policy and processes the claim. If you are eligible for our Warranty Policy, you will receive a prepaid shipping label. Please follow the instructions on how to properly package and return the item safely.
Step 3: We will proceed with repair or replacement 15 business days* after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final resolution is subject to the availability of the replacement items. All replacement items will follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is later.
Shipping costs should be paid by customer in the following situations:
- Returning products without
any proven defect.
- Warranty claims on items
taken outside the original country of purchase
- Returning items claimed to
have defects but found to be in proper functioning status by us.
- Costs related to
unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved
warranty process)
We offer you the best shipping options. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of
payment and the delivery time will be intimated to you over email.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be
delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for
delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your
order, we will contact you via email.
Shipment to addresses
We currently ship to addresses only within India. All our orders are shipping from the Bengaluru, India warehouse.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Most packages are shipped via Bluedart.
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or lost your package, please contact us within 7 business days at support@pokt.energy.
